Omg! We have our very first blacklist ! :D *CLAPS CLAPS* Name: CHERLYN Contact number: 9651 300* (OMG! We are so kind not to reveal your FULL NUMBER! ^.^) Reason: Firstly, she ordered Korean Bags from us. She made payment for that, and received her bags. BUT , after that, she ordered another bag for her friend. We have already sent in the order and made payment for her first, and now she tells us that her friend does not want the bag anymore!I told her that no backing out of order is allowed, and we will continue the meetup as planned. I waited for her at the mrt station for 10 mins, but still, she didn't show up. Then I called her, as soon as she heard my voice, she ended the call. I called her 8 times back afterwards, but she turned off her phone. After half an hour, I called her, but she rejected my call twice. Then, she turned off her phone again. -.- As said in our terms&conditions , NO BACKING OUT OF ORDERS ARE ALLOWED . :D We told her that we will give her another chance, otherwise she will be blacklisted and legal actions will be taken. But guess what she replied us?! She said: " she have no intention of making any payment. and i have no money to help her pay. u can just blacklist me, but i cnt do anything(:" OMG . What kind of attitude is this? :O We are kind enough to give her another chance , but since she says that we can blacklist her ... Ta-da~ !
